Attracted by challenges and innovation, Joseph-Olivier is an Ivorian entrepreneur. He did the INSEEC Business School in Paris, where he first obtained a double Bachelor in International Marketing and Finance, then a Master in Entrepreneurship. Côte d’Ivoire SME Director General, Salimou Bamba, visited the premises of Wefly Agri, an Ivorian startup specializing in precision farming, on Wednesday July 18, 2018, offering farmers the opportunity to control and manage their plantations at a distance. Initiated by Wefly Agri, the meeting was an opportunity for the CEO of this company, Joseph-Olivier Biley, to present to the CEO of the Agency the new dynamics of the company with recent acquisitions of the company, including version 2 of their recognition software, the 3 D printer as well as new robotic and imaging technologies.
